At 10:15pm on July 29, 2008, becky hamilton said…: Richard i just talked to my mom and she said that Steves parents got devorced and his dad is working at randolph air force base now in san antonio tx as a civilian contractor. she was working there and ran into him at the px. she can not remember where he said that mrs. howel was. hope this helps somes let me know if you need help locating him i am good at finding people. i would have looked him up before i emailed this to you but can not remember his dads name if you email me his name i will do a search asap and tell you where he is and address/phone number.. here is my email address rebecarmh1975@yahoo.com..
