- About you: where you currently live, what has life been like since your days at UHHS/CHS?, what kind of job do you have?
- Lived in England from '83-'86 (6th-9th grade) during my "Wonder Years". Left Croughton in '86 after my dad retired from the Air Force after 26 yrs. I went to two different High Schools after leaving Croughton. Went to Vallejo HS in Northern California for a year (10th) while my Dad looked for a permanent job. Moved to Sacramento (McLellan AFB) and attended Rio Linda HS for 11th and 12th grades. Interestingly enough, I was on the Track team at Rio Linda with Nate "Scooby" Sanders from Croughton. Definitely, a small world...
After HS, I attended UC San Diego and got my BS in Mechanical Engineering. I decided I loved this city and planted roots after graduating from college in '95. I've been living in San Diego working for various companies in the IT industry for the past 15 years.
I coach a lot of sports for my kids (Little League, Pop Warner). I recently became a JV Wrestling coach for a local HS.

Good to hear from you. Surprised and glad you found the site. I also remember the ugly green middle school at Upper Heyford, and how the protesters would climb the water tower and camp out on it.
In regards to calling me sir, how 'bout we stick with Jeff. You always kept me humble in middle school (with your good grades), no need to break the trend now.
Can't blame you for settling in San Diego, beautiful city. I have a couple of other friends that have settled there and always enjoy visiting with them.
I got my BS in Mech Engineering as well, but haven't done much in the way of engineering since I've joined the AF. Oh well, I enjoy flying more, so I guess I'll ride the wave while I can, I've pretty much forgotten most of what I learned in college...
Funny story, I was shooting the breeze with a guy in my squadron when I was up in Utah, and it turns out he was a class or two below us while we were at UHMS. Probably bumped into on the playground and never knew it. Andy Lyons, still keep in touch with him off and on. Small world we're in.

- Yeah the new neighbor lady was nuts. Her husband was on TDY all the time and she used to pay me $50.00 to do her dishes or babysit and I was just a kid myself. Lorrie and I saw alot of movies on that money....lol. I guess she didn't have a concept of american money. She had card games all the time at the house and would lose her wedding rings, furniture, everything in a game. Man was her hubby upset. I remeber telling my Mom to come look at all the pretty plants our neigbors had on the roof. I went out on it to get my cat....lol Mom had to explain to her why she could not have them.
