About you: where you currently live, what has life been like since your days at UHHS/CHS?, what kind of job do you have?: Hi I'm Jonathan Groethe. You've gotta remember me with a name like that! I STILL live in Banbury, England although I'd love to get back to Connecticut...having the only grand children makes it a too difficult though. Anyway, I've been married to my beautiful wife Mandy for 18 years and have three wonderful children Leo 16, Claudia 14, and Timothy 10. I teach full-time as a private drum tutor.

San Francisco has a great antiques market and most of the local smaller cities have an "antiques row" in their downtown districts. I just don't know if I'd have the time right now to really devote to it. Maybe in a few years when the kids are a bit older though.

(pretty upbeat aren't I?). :o) Things here are good. The kids are keeping me very busy these days. I just built a treehouse and put up a slide and monkey bars in the back yard. We also just got another dog (a rat terrier that my daughter named Scooby). Other than that, everything is about the same. How about you? Still doing the internet marketing?

If I had a daughter, I would watch her like a hawk. I told my son you said she's only 13 and he said, "OHHHHH!! Tell him he don't have to worry about me, I'm 18 and she's way to young for me." LOL!! Actually he's really scared to death to even ask a girl out. He's real shy when it comes to trying to get a girlfriend and he usually likes the older girls. He does have alot of female friends but he says all the girls that like him are usually to big and over weight and he don't find out about the smaller girls that like him until it's to late to ask them out. Oh well, he don't need to rush into a relationship either.

I forgot to tell you in the last message I sent to you that my youngest son thinks your daughter is pretty and wanted me to tell you. LOL!

About the young lady, Jody.....I don't believe I knew her, I think I left England before she got to the high school. All the same, it is so very sad! I don't like hearing news of someone passing away and it's really hurtful when I hear about someone who went to our school passing. My heart goes out to her family and all that knew her.

Sorry it took me awhile to reply to your message! Glad to hear your dad's op went well, how is he now? Hope you and your family had a great holiday season! Mine was really nice this year. I closed on my new home on the 26th of Dec. and started moving in that day. It took me 4 days to get everything moved and set up like I wanted it, what a chore though. It's amazing how much junk we find we have over the years. I threw away a ton of things and gave plenty to good will. I hope to never have to move again. I'm loving my house and where I'm located. I live in the country and it's wonderful to look out your windows or sit on your back deck or front porch and see nothing but fields and trees. I'm hoping no one will buy the land close to me so I can be by myself out here for along time to come. Any way, it took me awhile to find a wireless internet provider that I could hook up to out here and was just hooked up yesterday. SO GLAD! I missed my pc and now have loads of emails to reply to.
