About you: where you currently live, what has life been like since your days at UHHS/CHS?, what kind of job do you have?

I attended 5th-9th grades at Croughton AFB, and then moved in 1989 to Hampton Virginia where I currently reside. I would love to meet up, or get in touch, with those that attended school at Croughton during the years that I attended. Going to Croughton was a great experience for me...I mean how many people got to go to the same elementary, middle and high school...especially as a military brat?? As I go through this site, it amazes me that I remember so many people, and leaves me feeling a little jelous that I too didn't graduate there. Ah well. I will always remember my years there with fond memories.

Her name was April Beickel and her dad was the brother of TSgt Beickel. She was from Oregon (I went home with her one weekend - but I can't remember the name of the town - this was 20 years ago - 1987/88!). She may have only gone to Boise State a year, as she was getting married (maybe Todd was her fiance's name - I can't remember?). Anyway, she was the sweestest person - I just loved her! Are you related?

I know you have no idea who I am - but did your dad work at the hospital at Upper Heyford by any chance? I worked summer hire in facilities management at the hospital several summers for a TSgt Beickel, but then later lived in the dorms at Boise State University with TSgt Beickel's neice. I was just wondering if that was your dad? :-)

I mean, you hear people say it but you just don't get it until you have your own. Sometimes it can be pretty overwhelming. And, by saying that, I feel blessed everyday for it! I can't imagine my life being more forfilling. My daughter is 8, and bright as a whip! My son is 4, and quite a charmer. My son is fearless, and had to get a staple put in his head not too long ago for it. As for the beach, it's great to live by it. Pool water is way cleaner! Besides, I don't have the beach at my back door. I'd love to have a pool one day, just not the mainteneance! Your dad must enjoy it.

Your kids look great, they seem to be about the same years apart as mine. Having a girl and boy is very cool and it always keeps me on my toes.
